How You'll Make a Difference Provides educational programming and support in the clinical settings, to develop informatics expertise in physicians, nurses and other staff. Designs workflows which incorporate computer applications into patient care processes. Continuously evaluates and enhances program effectiveness by monitoring user adoption of applications. Develops and implements educational training programs which support the successful adoption of computer applications and critical components into the patient care process, utilizing a competency based approach. Provides education and training on the use of clinical systems and clinical documentation. Develops system user training/education modules, and delivers training on system capabilities/functionalities. Evaluates training effectiveness and modifies training programs accordingly. Acts as a clinical informatics resource on performance issues related to the application. Develops expertise in all core computer applications. Proactively monitors/evaluates the effectiveness of applications and systems. Assesses the adequacy and performance of hardware in clinical settings. Designs quick tips, mini programs, web references, etc., which continuously expand the informatics knowledge of the clinician and assists clinicians in identifying new workflow's to efficiently integrate computer applications into patient care processes. Collaborates with informatics educators across the system to optimize resources, share expertise and improve programming across multiple sites. Identifies metrics that monitor the effectiveness of deployment program. Integrates knowledge of policies, clinical resources into educational programming. Maintains core knowledge of key patient care practices (admission, assessments, medication distribution, etc.). Develops partnerships with key hospital leaders to improve hospital operations, outcomes, and regulatory preparedness. Qualifications License & Certifications None Required. Education Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology, or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Nursing or related field. Experience Typically requires 5 years of experience in the function/area supported that includes experiences/ability to provide user training/education for clinical systems, effectively representing clinical issues, and providing successful implementation of new clinical systems. Current licensure or certification in the area or function supported may be required.Demonstrated analytical skills necessary to make sound recommendations based on data analysis and clinical user needs, assuring maximum productivity, and continuous process improvement. Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into system specifications. Experience in training and evaluating staff and leadership in various phases of system development, functionalities, and reporting mechanisms.Ability to engage leadership in collaborative planning and implementation strategies and resources.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) or similar products. Knowledge of educational software and online learning techniques.Experience working with clinical and technical customers, vendors, peers, and management. Demonstrated success and experience building relationships with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians. Ability to develop training and educational modules to meet clinical department needs.Ability to handle multiple tasks, set appropriate priorities and accomplish assignments in a thorough and timely manner.Demonstrated strength in presenting to groups and senior leadership. 163855

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
