Regal is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.   Description:  The IT Infrastructure Administration Lead is a key member of the Enterprise Teamworking closely with various Infrastructure Team members, business owners, and global technical teams with problem resolution, systems implementation, and new projects.It requires someone who can work independently and has in-depth systems technical knowledge, can think strategically, manage technical projects, and contribute to the future technical direction.You must have a sense of urgencyresponding to issues, have excellent oral and written communications, be a team player, and provide mentoring and guidance to others.Identifies, implements and monitors best practices for technologyarchitecture while providing expert advice on coreinfrastructure initiatives.  RESPONSIBILITIES  Monitor daily operation and performance of VMware/Windows servers (e.g. space usage, CPU, memory) and addresses problems in a prompt and efficient manner Leads or executes tactical response to issues as they arise Ensure system backups complete and run on schedule Recommend and install software upgrades, patches, and firmware upgrades as needed Works closely with Enterprise Compute Team, application teams and business owners to provide assistance, support, and trouble shooting Provides SOX-compliant evidence for audits as needed Implement new servers and technology solutions Contribute to disaster/recovery planning and testing Provide support (24x7 on-call) for production Develop roadmaps that define the future state technology architecture and time lines Participate in annual technology planning to identify where technology investments are needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experiencerequired. Required Experience: Must have at least 5 years performing system administration in a large corporate environment Demonstrated experience leading tactical response for outages and issues Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects Design, configure, and implement new server, storage, and backup solutions Recommend solutions for a wide variety of technology challenges Experienced in Change Management, creating technical documentation, process flows, Visio diagrams General knowledge in systems integration, databases, applications, networking, Web technologies, cloud, IoT Facilitate meetings with various technical teams, business owners, and technology vendors Work with technology vendors to ensure the correct solution is proposed, quote accuracy, and is within budget Excellent listening, written and verbal presentation skills, strong analytical and reasoning skills, and sound decision-making Bachelor's degree, related technical training, certifications, or equivalent experience. Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 VMWare ESXI 5.x, 6.x, VSAN, and Vcenter Veeam, NetBackup, Symantec Backup Exec Active Directory 2008, 2012, 2016, LDAP, and Group Policy Storage systems - SAN, NAS, RAID, Hybrids LAN/WAN networking, ethernet, TCP/IP (DNS and DHCP) Server hardware - stand alone, blade, clusters Monitoring tools - PRTG, Veeam One, Logrhythm Scripting - Powershell, VBScript Desired Technical Skills: Dell product line of servers, storage, and backup hardware Zerto Cloud solutions IoT ITIL LINUX, UNIX Citrix, VDI, Terminal server Application/Web technologies (IIS, Apache Tomcat, NET framework, etc.)  1800010B

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
